Each Daisyware berry bowl is slab built from porcelain. I stamp the surface of each slab with various sizes of daisy stamps with the intention of filling the flowers with different colors of glaze once bisque fired. To create the desired effect, I flood each daisy with a variety of rainbow colored celadon glazes. The berry bowl comes with a drain plate that has been hand carved with a classic fluting design, and finished in a complimentary color. The bowl is then completed with a removable bamboo teapot handle.
