I am calling this design “Little Miss Fancy Pants” double rainbow bloom. The classic “Outtie Daisy” Double Rainbow Bloom design—but EXTRA! After the glaze firing, this mug is slathered all over with mother-of-pearl luster and fired for a 3rd time—the results are extra shine and sparkle

Details: Slab built from porcelain clay. Hand printed with newsprint transfer, and hand stamped before being formed into a mug form. After the initial bisque firing, each stamped flower is painted one by one in the ROY G BIV colorway, and each dot at the center of each flower is painted one by one as well. After the final firings, the mug butt is sanded buttery smooth. Definitely a labor of love! The texture on these make them a joy to hold in your hands!

***Vessels with mother-of-pearl luster should ideally not be microwaved or put in the dishwasher***
